3. Booking Details
- You are responsible for checking pickup/drop-off addresses, date/time, and passenger details before confirming.
- Journey times shown are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, roadworks, events, or other factors outside our control.
- Special requests (for example extra luggage space, accessibility needs, child seats) are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment
- Prices are shown at checkout in GBP.
- Any applicable tolls, parking, waiting time, route changes, or additional stops may result in extra charges where permitted by law.
- Payment must be successfully authorised for a booking to be confirmed.
5. Changes and Cancellations by You

- Refund or cancellation eligibility depends on notice period, driver allocation, and costs already incurred.

8. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave safely and respectfully.
- No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or dangerous items in vehicles.
- We may refuse or terminate a journey if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, illegal, or likely to damage the vehicle.
- You are responsible for damage or soiling caused by passengers in your booking party.
9. Luggage and Personal Items
- Please ensure luggage quantity and size are suitable for the selected vehicle.
- You are responsible for your own belongings.
- Lost property queries should be submitted via https://wayhop.co.uk. Return/delivery costs may apply.
10. Child Seats and Accessibility
- Where required by law, suitable child restraints must be used.
- If you require child seats or accessible transport, request this at booking; availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed.
11. Delays and Liability

- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, public events, or network outages).
